face
The face is a complex and highly visible part of our body, playing a key role in expression, communication, and identity. Facial skin protects against environmental damage, while the underlying muscles enable expressions that convey emotion. Over time, factors such as aging, sun exposure, genetics, and injury can affect the appearance and function of the face. Common surgical and non-surgical treatments we offer to address these changes include cosmetically considered skin cancer excisions, excision of benign lesions, eyelid surgery (blepharoplasty) to correct drooping or puffiness and subtle injections (Botox) to reduce wrinkles, improve facial contour and enhance a natural-looking facial harmony. Each treatment is tailored to your individual needs to help restore confidence and improve both appearance and function. We also offer otoplasty / pinnaplasty and earlobe surgery for genetic or traumatic concerns.
breast
A beautiful breast is influenced by many factors, including the amount and quality of skin, overall volume, symmetry between the breasts, and the size, shape, position, and projection of the nipple-areolar complex. How the breast sits in proportion to the rest of your body and how it supports your comfort and function are equally important. There is no single definition of an ideal breast—what matters most is achieving a result that makes you feel confident, comfortable, and more like yourself. Whether you are considering breast enlargement (augmentation), breast reduction (reduction mammaplasty), a breast uplift (mastopexy), male breast surgery (gynaecomastia); correction of breast asymmetry, breast reconstruction following surgery or illness; correction of nipple inversion, areolar reduction, or any other procedure, we will take the time to understand your specific goals and concerns.
skin
Skin is the largest organ of the body and plays many important roles, especially in protecting us, be it from bacteria or water loss. The deeper layer of skin provides strength and elasticity, supports hair growth, contains sensory receptors, produce oils that keep the skin soft and waterproof, and creates sweat to help regulate body temperature. When these skin components or their functions become abnormal, be it due to bacteria, water loss or UV radiation (sun damage), it can lead to a variety of conditions we commonly treat, such as skin cancers, benign growths, problematic scars that look unsightly or restrict movement, and excessive sweating (hyperhidrosis). We also offer related diagnostic and treatment procedures, including skin biopsies to identify skin conditions and sentinel lymph node biopsy (SLNB) to help assess the spread of certain skin cancers.
tummy
The shape and appearance of your tummy can be influenced by several factors, including weight loss/gain, pregnancy, separation of the abdominal muscles, uneven fat distribution (lipodystrophy), loose or sagging skin, stretch marks, certain health conditions, or existing scars. Everyone’s concerns are different, which is why there are various types of abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) procedures designed to address these specific issues. When suitable, this can be combined with other techniques to improve the overall result, such as tightening the abdominal muscles through rectus sheath plication, removing excess fat with liposuction, or performing a monsplasty (reshaping the pubic area). In some cases, abdominoplasty may be performed alongside other body contouring surgeries, like after significant weight loss or as part of a “Mummy makeover.”
body
Whether due to a natural ageing process or after significant weight loss, excess skin can result in loose, hanging folds. These folds can cause physical discomfort, such as increased sweating, skin irritation, rashes, infections, and challenges with maintaining hygiene. These effects can also have a big impact on self-confidence and limit your ability to take part in certain activities or wear certain clothes. Body contouring surgery is designed to address these issues in common areas like the breasts, tummy, upper arms (brachioplasty), thighs (thigh lift), mons pubis (monsplasty), buttocks (as part of a lower body lift), and back (as part of an upper body lift). Stubborn areas of fat may be suitable for liposuction and if your concerns regard intimate areas, we will determine your suitability for labiaplasty.
